The durable and lightweight pumps already are popular among test and calibration professional worldwide. Now as they join the leading line of pressure calibration instruments from Crystal Engineering, the pumps have been adapted to mate with
CPF is an improved cone-type fitting system that adds a unique O-ring sealing system that permits leak-free connections without tools. CPF fittings and hoses come with an industry first 4:1 safety factor and self-venting weep hole that alerts users before they disconnect from a pressurized system.
Among the pumps now offered by Crystal Engineering is the new T-975-CPF pneumatic hand pump (-27 inHG to 580 psi), which generates pressure and vacuum with precision and ease, allowing users to fine-tune the pressure delivered with every stroke. Crystal Engineering also offers the new T-620H-CPF high-pressure, hydraulic hand pump (0 to 5000 psi), which provides a compact pressure source for any environment and works with petroleum-based oils and hydraulic fluids.
In addition, the expanded product line includes the new P-018-CPF hydraulic comparator (0 to 5000 psi), which produces pressure with superior control. Its adjustable reference pressure port lets users set a reference gauge at the best viewing angle.
Crystal Engineering also offers the new Model T-1-CPF high-volume hydraulic comparator that is capable of producing pressures up to 15,000 psi. This unit is ideal for testing and calibrating pressure gauges, relief valves and pressure switches. Along with the well-known GaugeCalXP pressure comparator, Crystal Engineering pumps and comparators provide a full range of pressure generation options.
